Welcome to the Golden ValleyWoods Association

We’re glad you have chosen to live in our wonderful neighborhood. As a resident of the Golden Valley Woods, you are a member of the private Golden Valley Woods Association.

Please read and become familiar with the rules that govern our association. Our association has written Covenants and Bylaws which are available from the property committee secretary or they can be downloaded from our website.

Building plans and specifications must be approved, in writing, by the property committee for conformity and harmony within the Golden Valley Woods Covenants.

If you have questions, you’re encouraged to seek out a property committee member who would be more than happy to answer them for you. Also, consider joining the property committee and becoming active in the association.
