Ongoing Programs

The Golden Valley Woods Property Committee is continually assessing needs, obtaining bids, approving estimates, and scheduling work for:

• Road grading and gravel applications

• Road dust control

• Snow removal, plowing, and sand applications (as needed due to icy conditions)

• Proper road drainage to prevent run-off / erosion damage and needless gravel applications

• Removal of tree and brush encroachments along all association roads

There’s no better way to help than to investigate the road conditions for the association. Plus, consider joining the property committee and help the association members working to maintain and improve our neighborhood roads.
